Which guide answers which question
Every operational question has exactly one guide on this site. Breakfast timing lives only in the breakfast-hours guide. Other pages link to it and do not repeat it.

We do not publish restaurant opening times, breakfast cutoffs or drive-thru hours as fixed numbers. They differ between locations and can change without notice. Each guide shows you how to check the restaurant itself through the official restaurant locator.
A short menu history
This section is kept short and away from the price tables. It covers only milestones that help explain today's U.S. menu.
These milestones are widely reported. We have not yet confirmed each date against McDonald's own published history, so every row stays marked as pending until we record that check. Until then, treat the dates as background, not as documented fact.
