Terms of Use

Mac Menu Prices is an independent information site. You can read it, search it and use its tools to plan an order. You cannot order food here, and nothing on the site is an official McDonald's price, menu or offer.

Pending legal review

These terms describe how the site actually works today. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. No effective date, operator name, business address or governing-law clause is listed, because those details have not been confirmed. Do not treat this page as final until that review is complete and this notice is removed.

Informational use only

Mac Menu Prices publishes menu listings, observed prices, nutrition figures where officially documented, and guides to ordering at U.S. McDonald's restaurants. The site exists to help readers understand what items cost and contain. It is a reference, not a store.

No ordering, payment or checkout

  • The site does not take orders, accept payment or pass orders to any restaurant or delivery service.
  • The meal builder and comparison tool produce estimates from our shared dataset. An estimate is not a quote, a receipt or a price any restaurant has agreed to honor.
  • No offer, coupon or reward is issued by this site. Any deal we describe is redeemed, if at all, through official McDonald's channels under their own terms.

No affiliation

Mac Menu Prices is not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by McDonald's Corporation, any franchisee or DoorDash. The disclaimer sets out this non-affiliation in full, along with the specific limits that apply to prices, nutrition and allergens. Who we are and how the site is run is described on the About page.

Accuracy and availability limitations

We work to keep the data consistent and sourced, but you use it at your own judgment. The main limits are these.

Prices

  • Current prices are averages of DoorDash delivery-menu listings across sampled U.S. locations, observed Aug 19–Sep 29, 2026. Some items were last observed in August.
  • They are not in-store, drive-thru, app or national prices. Delivery menus often cost more than ordering at the counter, and fees, tips and taxes are not included.
  • Your restaurant may charge a different amount, or may not sell the item at all. Check the official McDonald's app or your restaurant for the price you will actually pay.
  • Where we have no reliable figure, the site says Price not verified rather than guessing.

The pricing methodology explains how averages, ranges and per-unit figures are calculated, and where known data problems remain.

Nutrition and allergens

  • Nutrition and allergen information appears only when taken from official U.S. McDonald's sources and recorded with a check date. Missing values are shown as Not verified.
  • A missing allergen entry means the information is unknown. It never means an item is free of that allergen.
  • Filters and tools are conveniences, not medical or dietary guidance. Anyone with an allergy or medical need should rely on official McDonald's information and restaurant staff, and should consider cross-contact risks in shared kitchens.

Menus, hours and promotions

Menu items, hours and offers change and vary by restaurant. Limited-time, regional and seasonal items may disappear without notice. We label promotions by status (current, scheduled, expired or unverified), but a listing on this site does not guarantee that any restaurant is participating.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided as they are, without any promise that they are complete, current or error-free, or that they will be available without interruption. If you find a mistake, please use the corrections page; substantive corrections are logged there.

Trademarks belong to their owners

McDonald's, Big Mac, McNuggets, McFlurry, McCafé, Happy Meal and other product names are trademarks of McDonald's or their respective owners. Beverage and partner brands named on menu listings, such as Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper, OREO and M&M's, belong to their own owners.

  • We use these names only to identify the items being described.
  • The site does not use official logos or product photographs. Its illustrations are neutral line glyphs created for this site.
  • Use of a name does not imply any endorsement or relationship.

Your use of the site

  • You may read, share links to and quote short passages of the site for personal or non-commercial reference, with attribution and a link back.
  • Do not present our estimates or averages as official McDonald's prices.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its controls or overload it with automated requests.
  • The site does not ask for receipt codes, account passwords or payment details. If anything claiming to be this site asks for them, it is not us.

We link to official McDonald's pages, including the restaurant locator, menu and FAQ pages, so readers can check details at the source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms will change after legal review and may change again if the site's features change, for example if a contact backend, analytics or advertising is turned on. When a substantive change is made, this page will be updated to say so. We will not change dates on this page simply because the site was rebuilt.
