Short answer
A 'secret menu' item is not something you can order by name. Each one is a set of items that are already on the menu, sometimes with a modification such as an added sauce. In most cases you buy the parts and put the sandwich together yourself.
That makes these orders easy to price. You add up the listed items. They are hard to describe nutritionally, though, because no official source publishes figures for the finished stack.
What this guide covers
- Common combinations, each priced from the shared dataset as a component sum
- Why a component sum is an estimate and not an observed price
- What can and cannot be said about nutrition and allergens
- How to order the parts without expecting staff to build an off-menu product
The names below, such as 'Land, Sea and Air', are labels used informally online. They are not McDonald's product names. We make no claim about how often anyone orders them.
