What each fries size step costs
Each size step costs less than the step before it, so the second jump is the smaller one. All three sizes come from the same French Fries record in the dataset.
Going from Medium to Large adds 85 cents on average. Going from Small to Medium adds $1.13.
A price step tells you nothing about how many more fries you get. We have not recorded official serving weights for each size, so this page does not work out a price per gram or per ounce. Official serving data, once recorded, will appear on the fries item page.

Basket of Fries
The Basket of Fries averaged $6.15 as a standalone delivery listing. We have not found an official U.S. definition of how many fries a basket holds, or which standard size it matches. Hash browns, apple slices and add-ons

This was the lowest-priced side in the sample. Apple slices are linked to kids' meals, so the Happy Meal page covers which components the official menu defines.

Two listings: 2 half strips and 3 half strips. The math below shows what the third strip adds.
Sliced jalapeños and Green Chile
Sliced jalapeños averaged $0.89. Green Chile averaged $0.79. It appears next to a Green Chile Double Cheese burger listing, which suggests a regional item. We have not verified which restaurants carry it.
On average, the 3-strip listing cost 40 cents more than the 2-strip listing.
